16-Draw up the string and pull it tight (not too tight--See Sidebar on Page 35) while evenly pressing down on the seat frame to make it equally tight all the way around. Get a friend to help you hold the frame and string while you tie it off. A good trick is to tie one side of it to the frame, pull it tight and tie the other side to a frame rail. Double knot it and cut off the excess.
